Display Grades Help

You are viewing your grades for the term you selected.

Grades display explanation

The student information displayed includes the term, degree, major, level, and academic standing.

The following course information is displayed for each course taken during that quarter:  CRN (course reference number), subject code, course number, section number, title of the course, grade, units (enrolled, completed, and attempted), and grade points.

Your academic history information is displayed for the selected term, along with a cumulative (UC Davis, other UC, and transfer credits) summary at the end of the display.

Unit credit and GPA information displays in 5 columns...

• Enrolled: total number of units passed for a letter grade (Pass/No Pass not included)
• Completed: all completed units taken for credit, including Pass/No Pass units
• Attempted: all attempted units for a letter grade
• Grade Points: Total number of grade points
• GPA: calculated by dividing Grade Points by Passed units

• Current:  work for this quarter
• Total UC Davis: all work at UC Davis
• Total UC: all work at UC campus, including UC Davis
• Total Transfer: total transfer credits (Junior college transfer credit limit is 105 credits)
• Overall: all work, including UC Davis, other UC, and transfer
